  • Made an appointment and requested Anne after reading all of the reviews about her work. Came in for my appointment and was sat in the chair for about 15 minutes while I waited for everyone to show up for work. Not that I mind, spending some extra time in a massage chair : ) What changed everything was that the lady who greeted me didn't even say hi, seemed bothered to even be at work and automatically started commented on the color I chose. Okay? Went with her recommendation instead...no biggie ...it's just color. Had a mediocre pedicure at best, while she spoke in another language to her friend the entire time. We then moved over to her station, where I received the sloppiest gel fill ever. She didn't talk the entire time and just shoved my hand around when she didn't require it. Left dust all over my hands and then didn't ask me to wash them BEFORE painting my nails with gel. She then put WAY too many layers of gel polish on, which made my nails look extra thick. The cuticles are sloppy, almost like it's been weeks since I had a fill. There are bumps all over the polish where she just painted over all the dust left behind. Unclean salon and not very sanitary. Last but not least, at the very end paying....she wasn't even the girl I requested! Her name is Jennifer. Still on the journey to apparently find a decent nail salon in Pittsburgh.
