This place is mediocre at best.
PROS
+ W/R: Nice, well kept washrooms with showers for hot yoga patrons.
+ STAFF: Friendly. Of the regular yoga instructors, I liked Danielle as she challenged us to practice outside of our comfort zone.
+ SIGN UP: Signing up for classes is really easy, you just sign up online. You create an account & its super user friendly (on the website). The mobile site can use some work.
CONS
- MAT...rentals? I forgot my mat one time and had to pay 2$ to borrow one. While I understand the business side of things, I can't help but feel that's kind of tacky on their part. I already paid for the lesson... they also charge for towel rentals and water if you're doing hot yoga (you have been warned).
Considering that yoga is purely a service dominated industry, I think that things can be done to make the experience more pleasant.
*Note that the hot yoga studio is 3x bigger than the regular yoga room. I did not do hot yoga so this review cannot be used as a gauge for that particular aspect of the facility.
