  • It seems like he only really cares about making money. I started receiving insurance from work and called to ask when my term ended. He informed me that my term ended and I would no longer be receiving a charge. Well that wasn't the case and got hit with the premium the first of the month. I'm not sure if he just dropped the ball on my situation but it's a little upsetting when your told one thing and then another happens.
