  • Simply terrible customer service. The technician who came out refused to accept a coupon posted on the company's website, proceeded to be argumentative and not breakdown any of the costs assocaiated with getting our garage door fixed, and menacingly threatened "Karma is a B----" when we told him we would not be requiring his services and instead were going with a local competitor. ...all of this, not as big of a deal as it was when we called the supervisor and explained the situation, didn't receive an apology for his employee's conduct and behavior, and then proceeded to explain that we (a customer) didn't use the correct terminology when we spoke with them. (the people knowledgeable in this industry and it's terminology) Still waiting on an apology, gave them more than one chance to say it. Definitely do not patronize this business, unless you like receiving bad attitudes and intimidation tactics.
