I was a long time client of 2 years and I am not really a fan of writing poor yelp reviews but in this case I felt it necessary. My dogs needed his annual shots and the owner offered the service of there "in house vet" to do them and have it billed along with the other services. I agreed the shots were given along with a groom. The next morning my dog couldn't walk and was in so much pain if I even brushed him he cried beyond belief. I rushed him to the vet and after blood work x rays etc, it was discovered he had an allergic reaction to these shots. My bill came to 500 dollars. My heart was in my stomach as I never saw my dog in such discomfort. I went to a round of a paws to ask to speak with the owner and since it was Saturday she was not there. The rude receptionist said it was common that dogs get allergic reactions. This may be true, but why now? And for that matter who is the phantom in house vet that I trusted my dogs life with? Dogs can die from this. So shit does happen and let's say it really wasn't Round of a Paws fault. So all my dogs pain and suffering along with mine and a 500 bill and you couldn't muster up the courage to call me to see if we're okay? Or refund the shots that phantom vet gave him? All the touting about how much they know about animals and how much they care. Also is it a dog day care or a day care for new born family members? Every time I took my dog home from any services his bladder was fuller than all the take out restaurants in the area. Last comment the agility trainer told me my dog usually sleeps during the sessions...lmao
