  • What a great experience! I pulled in just to test drive one of the last vehicles on my list (I've been to multiple dealerships all month) and wasn't expecting much from this small dealership. I was wrong about that and had a great time at Mark Mitsubishi! Jon Kroll was great to work with and he went out of his way to meet my needs when it came to the vehicle I happily drove away in! Definitely one of the better car buying experiences I have had and I would recommend Jon to anyone I know looking for an easy car buying experience. Update: Had to visit the service department for a simple window tint issue, Wil in service was ready to assist me the moment I walked in and took care of everything while still working around my schedule. Everything was taken care of with no inconveniences on my part, a rare find with dealerships these days.
