  • I've lived in Las Vegas since 1995. Steiner's opened their first location in '98. Tonight was my 1st time dining there. I've missed a lot! Great food & service. Had a Mediterranean salad topped with three grilled lamb chops. Thought I'd died & gone to heaven. They added jicama to the other ingredients, which was marvelous. Asked for the chops to be grilled medium so they weren't dried out. They were perfect. On the side were pita chips done in a way I've never experienced - topped with cheese & baked. I could have rolled in those! Overall, a great dining experience. The only reason they don't get 5-stars is that I'm too short to climb up on their bar stools! Had to take up a table for 4, or ask for a ladder.
