  • I actually give them ZERO STARS! Alterra came to my house reassuring their 5star blah blah blah great customer service crap. When I agreed to their service, they sprayed the outside of my house that day and told me they would come out 30 days later, spray inside & out, and again every 3 months after that. They sceduled my appointment as a "come anytime" appointment which was very inconvenient, in which they claim they came and sprayed, which I find very hard to believe since my backyard gate is locked and we have a dog and I was home ALL day with family and friends. When they called me to collect a payment, stating that they sprayed and everything looks good, I advised them they never even showed up and where is their proof that they did...they refuse to provide me with any proof. We both know they didn't show up, therefore I refuse to work with a misleading and deceiving company, so I cancelled the contract. They are now harassing me for $160, which I believe is unfair that I should have to pay. Alterra doe NOT accommodate your needs nor fulfill their end of the agreement. Once they get you to sign up, BOOM that's it, they provide rude and obnoxious customer sevice and do not actually spray your home as agreed and promised!
