  • Came here with some friends yesterday - co-ed group in our early 30s - to celebrate my birthday and everyone had a fabulous time. To the previous reviewer from New York, I'd say that this is one of Toronto's more NY-type experiences, which I love. Open booths right on the dance floor, great tunes, and definitely people dancing. Tatiana our server was above and beyond helpful, friendly and attentive. The bathroom and its attendants were equally on the ball. I felt totally comfortable in (nice) denim jeans and a fun tank top, even with a number of people - including my own girlfriends - in party dresses. The only downside to this place is how late it opens. Although they will tell you it's 10:30, you really can't count on the doors to be open until 11:00, and if you're on guest list, you've gotta be in my 11:30. So if you're coming with a group of 10+ like I did, you had better be coordinated for that half hour arrival window. Obviously this is just an FYI - not enough to lose a star, IMO ;) On the overall, we had a blast, thanks F-stop and DJ Soundbwoy!
