  • The dry rub baby back ribs are excellent. Good texture and great flavor. No need for BBQ sauce but if you do, it won't mess with the rib flavor but just give it another twist. As far as some of the other meats, they are all good my only complaint would be that the smoke over powers the meat to the point where it's hard to find the actual taste of the meat. I hope they succeed, because those ribs are now in my rotation.
