  • I called Best Mattress from a competitor store, where I was unhappy with the staff and service. Kevin was friendly and immediately answered my questions without any run around. I left the miserable first store experience and was greeted with the same professionalism and friendliness by Kevin, Alan, and Steve in person at this Best Mattress location. What a difference in knowledge and demeanor! Their professionalism and willingness to sell what the customer needs, without trying to up-sell a mattress that wasn't needed, was appreciated. It was a wonderful experience. Plus, the mattress I purchased at Best Mattress cost less than the competitor's!
