  • This office is AMAZING!! The front desk staff Janiece, Valerie, and Norma are ALWAYS FRIENDLY, WELCOMING, and HELPFUL!! They will make you feel welcomed even when your NOT the patent.. They go over all the financing with you so you understand it. If you have an issue with your payment and let them know, they are very understanding.. We NEVER HAVE TO WAIT FOR OUR APPT!!! If we are running late, they STILL TAKE US BACK!!! AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE! THEY DONIT RIGHT!! Dr. Simister's back office staff Jessica, Gelila, Amber, and Jenniphre are very efficient, friendly, and knowledgeable. When I have questions they answer them, never getting upset if I come back there and watch. Dr. SIMISTER IS ONE AMAZING ORTHODONTIST!!! I CAN'T SAY ENOUGH!! Plus, LADIES (Moms) he is easy on those eyes. . I was having an issue with my mouth and he actually took a look at it for me and told me what was was going on. WHO DOES THAT?? He had patients but yet took the time to see me. Once, again AMAZING!!! If your looking for an ORTHODONTIST AND OFFICE THAT TRULY CARES AND DOES EXCEPTIONAL WORK, then THIS IS THE PLACE TO GO!!
