  • Terrible customer service- when you call to see if they are accepting the items you have for consignment, they say yes (when specific items are mentioned) and then they confirm in the store and have your bring all of your items in, only to say they aren't accepting the same items they just told you to bring in from your car?? Who wants to drag a bunch a stuff to their store just to be turned away after being told yes?? I would rather give my stuff to someone who needs it.. plus the store the store is a super messy and disorganized:(
