  • Terrible Customer Service At This Location. Actually Told By Service Rep At The Location That Its Not About Customer Service. In Trying To Figure Out Why This Location Was As Bad As It Was I Questioned The Rep Who Seemed Very Nervous And Kept Stating I'm Not Trying To Argue When All I Was Trying To Do Is Get An Understanding Of Autobells Polices On My Issue. The Carowinds Blvd Location Went Above And Beyond To Fix So Why Could Not The Same Franchise At This Location Not Do The Same? I Forgot...Its Not About Customer Service Here...Got It!
