  • I called ACE Vending to ask for a refund because their machine took my money but malfunctioned, and I got nothing. Their response was they would send out a tech to check out the machine as soon as they could and would mail me a check for $1.50. How does this get me a drink? it doesn't. do I risk putting putting money in their machine again? I know it's only $1.50. But how many machines valley wide take $1.50 from customers and customers don't bother because it's only $1.50. Be warned ACE VENDING was hard to deal with on the phone and had no other solutions to get me a drink other than they will look into it...
