  • Attempted to get CT scan with an appt last week. Arrived 30 minutes early. After waiting 45 minutes after our appointment time, asked if & when our test would be done. They stated they were trying to get our insurance on the telephone. We had all the proper paper work plus the approval of the test.............they had to talk to the insurance & verify info first...........we walked out.
