  • Hannah is so unprofessional. She cancelled RIGHT before my appointment two times in a row (one time only 11 minutes before! and i live over 30 minutes away) and then when I called her to ask why she had to cancel (I had confirmed BOTH appointments) and, admittedly, grumpily let her know how i felt, she hung up on me (she "didn't have time"). I am hoping this review will save others from the massive inconveniences and waste of money that Steph B. and I have both experienced.
