I felt coerced to provide health insurance. I stated I did not want to provide it unless it was necessary. I was told that if I did not provide it ahead of identification of need I would be billed directly and they would not bill my insurance. I think that's coercion. I came to get an eye exam and provided my eye exam insurance. I ended up leaving felt coerced to provide health insurance. The staff was pushy about it. Never coming back. UPDATE: Dr. Pham actually got my prescription wrong. When I returned they kept asking me (rudely...as others have pointed out their office staff is) why I waited a few months to return to have the prescription looked over (I had put off having new glasses made and didn't realize Dr. Pham had made a mistake until I had the new glasses on and I couldn't see properly) and they kept asking questions even when their own prescription says it's valid for a year from the date eye exam (it had only been a few months). So besides rude staff, Dr. Pham screwed up my prescription. I couldn't tell you how wrong this office is! It's terrible. If you read this, save yourself a lot of time and stress and go somewhere else.
