  • I would give no stars if I could. But Ill give one star because after all was said and done, they did give me a refund. Although I had to just stop them from suggesting they fix my issues. Fixing my issues would require removing the nails I just sat over an hour through, and re doing them. And with the terrible quailty of the ones I recieved, The last thing I wanted to do was have them redone. The place itself is always beautiful, but a clean place does not guarentee of nice nails. As the woman was doing my nails I said I wanted them squared, and she3 rounded them, which was my first problem. I said to her as she was doing them I wanted them changed, and she just said Im not finished. The tips she choose were too small for the width of my nails, so once they were filled I had very wide sections of nails still showing. As you can see from the photos. I made mention of this while she was doing my nails as well, and she just responded with... I fill with colour... The problem with that is, if you fill the sides of my nails with colour and the tips arent as wide, its going to look like i have square corners taken out of my nails. Then she painted them with the colour I chose. But did it in such a messy fashion that every single one of my nails have ripples, waves and bubbles on them. I paid 65$ for my gel nails, left the salon, walked around the corner and cried. After having two terrible weeks, I was only doing this to make myself feel good, and I left with nails that looked worse than basic acryllic done in a mini mall by a first timer. I went back and asked for a refund and three women grabbed my hands and started suggesting they fix the one nail that had a whole cm of exposed nail on the side. It looks like i have a fake nail sitting on top of my natural nail. They gave me my refund and i left. Still sad.. It wasnt about money, it was about trying to do something nice for myself and still leaving unhappy.
