rev:text	Rarely do I give a 1 star but OMG I'm so insulted and shocked from the experience I just had at this location I had to write a review. I'm shopping for a lease and I shopped Toyota/ford/Hyundai and my experience started with a very nice sales rep whom which we were negotiating via txt the whole day. ( I find this very efficient) By 2 pm all the terms were set and finished 15k 3 year 0 down All approved and confirmed!!! I just came to sign (would u believe that !!! And they managed to screw up the deal! I took the car for a 2 minute test drive, I texted him which stock # I want it was there washed and ready !!!! I felt that the sales rep was great. I was interested in lowering my payment so I inquired about if I would put any money down etc.... So instead of back and forth he called the manager ( the guys whom sit behind the desk) to come... I showed him the offer I got from a competitor and he said that they were lying and wouldn't respect! WTF?!?! Then after asking about money down etc he told me that he will not respect the offer I was given by his sales rep!!!! More then that I looked at him confused and seeked the sales rep to understand what's going on the manger looks at me and says " don't try to get his attention, I decide not him so it doesn't mattter what he told you!!!! Would you believe that???!!!!! He did to me what he accused and assumed the other dealership would do!!!! I'm still shocked and overwhelmed from the way he talked to me and treated me, and to think I came in a Uber ( I was all in) and the way he talked to me and treated me is just unbelievable!!!!!!!!! If any GM reads this review this was the most unprofessional insulting experience I ever went threw! the sales rep are not to blame but something is really bad over there.
