  • Worst customer service I've ever had, went in for a simple screen replacement and the lady was saying that make sure it's backed up it might fail, to which I replied fail what? A calibration test is what she stated I said I've changed screens personally and never had it give me a software issue so she took it and an hour later she told me the phone failed the calibration test she handed me the phone in recovery mode I asked why it was placed in recovery mode she said the machine places the phone in recovery when it fails, why wouldn't you tell me that!?!? I said no big deal I can get it out of recovery and back it up. So I had to go home do that shit she told me she didn't know how to explain the procedure if you can't explain it get a new job kid.
