  • Terrible sales experience today. I did the Costco car program and was contacted by a lady named Brenda. I already told her I had a solid deal from another Honda dealership, but they didn't have the color I wanted. I let Brenda know the deal and she said just bring in my membership and the deal offer and they'll make it work since they had the color I wanted. I met with a sales person named Tomas. After showing him the deal offer and providing my information, he offered me a deal that was more expensive than my existing offer. He called over his sales manager I think named David. After discussing pricing, I was provided a cost breakdown and then I agreed to the deal they offered. I got ready to sign the paper work. I asked Tomas the sales guy if I can take a look at the actual car before signing. He said he'll pull the car up, and 15 minutes later he showed up with a different manager and they told me they couldn't do the agreed upon deal and the original manager messed up the numbers. They went on to say the other dealership adds on all sorts of fees and might pull shady tactics, and to give them a call...trying to show me they are the good guys, but they were trash for wasting my time. I went to the other dealership and had no issues with any additional fees or issues and was able to get the offered deal with no issues whatsoever. I can't recommend this place at all. I don't know if they were trying to pressure me to take a more expensive offer thinking Id give in, or if they were trying to do a bait and switch. Awful experience. Avoid at all costs. The other Honda dealership is a much better and smooth process.
