  • I seldom leave reviews, but I wanted to take a second and recognize this dealership for the exemplary treatment I have received from their service department, and my service advisor Ron. I did not purchase my vehicle from Earnhardt, but that hasn't changed the way I have been received and accommodated for service visits. I have had a couple of random and difficult to diagnose issues with my vehicle, and Ron has made every effort to rectify them while being consistent with communication throughout the entire process. He has always treated me with respect and has gone out of his way to make me feel like a valued customer, even when he has been inundated with work. Emails are always responded to with calls. Updates are communicated regularly, even when he has no information to share. And, provided I schedule out far enough, they always have a loaner for me. When spending $70K+ on a vehicle, there should be a level of service that comes along with it. Earnhardt, and Ron in particular, have demonstrated to me that I matter, and that is what counts in this business. I cannot recommend Ron enough, and I happily drive 24 miles one way to bring my car to him, even when I have several options that are much closer to me.
