  • Everything I hoped and dreamed. Our group of 12 was severely hungover from day drinking at Encore and most of us were struggling to just eat anything. I personally had to power through each bite just to keep it down but it was so worth it. Short rib and risotto app was phenomenal. Perfectly cooked risotto and short rib that just melted. But the real star was the spaghetti. I have been dying to try this forever. Truly life changing. Amazing al dente noodles enveloped in a rich and creamy tomato sauce with fresh basil folded in. It was heaven. I could eat that every day. Due to our state of being at the time, dessert was not an option but next time I will be definitely be indulging. Can't wait to return!
