  • Unfortunately I have to leave a 1 star review after only getting an inspection. Techs showed up on time and we're professional, but that's where it stopped. I requested two specific quotes for wood insert and vent free log insert, was told I'd have it in 2 days. After 1 week I followed up with phone call, informed I was at the top of the list and have it right away. Another week later I called back, was told the owner would call to discuss...after no phone call I got a quote via email that wasn't for either of the options I requested. Extremely poor customer service.
