  • this is the first yoga studio i have been to that no longer provides cups for water.They used to but took them away WITHOUT notification. Had i known that i would've come better prepared for a class i nearly passed out midway. I actually left the room to ask for water nearly at the point of collapse due to low blood pressure. something a sip of water would've resolved. The staff (seeing that i was not able to stand without holding onto something) directed me to the second floor without letting me know cups were no longer provided. They finally told me when i limped back to the first floor that cups were no longer provided without showing any concern. Ended up going down another flight of stairs to drink water from the washroom tap. Will not be returning. My favourite Pilates teacher Aniela also teaches at Mindful Movement Centre which is also in Yorkville where I will be going to from now on..
