  • Last month I have issues with my A/C. I will not recommend this company but I have no choice the Home Warranty refer me to the the worst company in LAS VEGAS. A & R Complete (it should be renamed "Incomplete") Service. If they called you ask for the name of technician and avoid the technician named "PILOT". mentioned in other A&R reviews. He will diagnose something that is not broken (A/C unit) and he will then tell you that your unit is TAMPERED.. and of course the Home Warranty will deny the coverage even if you asked for second opinion with additional fee $75 for different company. Then th HW will give you a break down with the cost $$$ and recommendation by A&R which are not covered plus the labor cost. I found a reliable A/C repair company here on YELP and they found the issues different from A&R and only cost me $200 compared to the recommendation of A&R $1400 +labor!!! ZERO Stars!!!
