  • This review is only for the service department, as I can't speak to the car buying process. But, I've used their service department about 3 times now and have consistently been pleased with the service I've received. This most recent time I had to take my car in Rich, the service manager, was wonderful to work with. He is extremely responsive and legitimately seemed concerned in wanting to fix the problem and get my car back to me in a short amount of time. It can be pricey, but I've had a few bad experiences going to smaller shops in the area and am willing to pay a higher price for quality service and the comfort of knowing my car is fixed the first time. I only hope the sales department is as friendly and helpful as Rich is because I will certainly be in when it's time to buy a new car.
