  • My favorite thing about this store is that they support the do it yourselfers. Every employee I've encountered seems to believe in my ability to redo flooring, replace or fix a toilet, drill stuff, etc. I also appreciate the on-the-spot coaching for projects - the team helps to make sure we have all of the materials we need. I feel inspired every time I go here. They don't have everything online in stock - some stuff you have to order - but they have almost everything you could possibly need. If you buy something in a box (bathtub, cabinet, etc.) open it and check it before you leave - their suppliers have poor quality control. Their customer service is much better than Lowes - especially in the paint department!
