One of the best food shacks I've ever had. We came during the Native American menu and the food was amazing. The venison was served in a super savory acorn puree with a sprinkling of blueberries that didn't detract from the tone of the dish. The puree was a little congealed but the venison itself was moist, tender and not too gamey. We also got the quail which was lightly seasoned and roasted to perfection with light caramelization and moist pull-off-the-bone meat. Our biggest complaint was the portion size as there was maybe only 5-6 bites of venison and quail each, a little light for a $12-13 meal.
Overall Conflict Kitchen is a great place to eat and I love their message of cultural awareness and exploration of unique flavors. I plan on coming back and supporting them but will make sure to pre-game a snack if I'm starving.
