  • Called Controlled Rain because of a large wet spot in the front yard. The technician arrived on time (actually - he called and came a little early which was fine with us). He carefully reviewed our situation, both in front and in back. His conclusion? There was no leak and everything is fine The wet spot is dew plus normal soil moisture, plus the fact that this area is in shade almost all of the time. To sum up, no work needed to be done, but we got a lot of piece of mind from the thorough review. All this for no charge since this was a free evaluation. So, why this review? Because it is great to have honest service providers who will tell you if you just don't need anything to be done.
