  • I gifted my mom a massage for her birthday on November 30 and she has been trying to redeem the Groupon since the day after. She had a scheduled appointment for tomorrow dec 20 and was contacted by the healing touch Leilani and asked to reschedule for today dec 19 at 3:30. My mom showed up at the scheduled time and Leilani made her wait until 4:00pm and then asked my mom if she would wait another 90 Mins because she had mis scheduled her. My mom said she had already waiting for 30 mins. So then Leilani came out and told her to just get her refund on the groupon because she was not going to switch around her other appointment. She was rude and short to my mom and I am now in the process of figuring out the refund / trade in process with Groupon We are so disappointed and embarrassed with this gift selection for her. If we could give her zero stars we would.
