I don't go into a McDonalds expecting Bobby Flay burger. With that said, I had some pretty high expectations for this store. I knew it was still your typical Starbucks, but I was not ready for what happened.
How can you cal this a "Reserve" store? Isn't this supposed to be a shining example of your ability? From the Clover machine (still broken 3 weeks later), to the "pour over" intended to replace the Clover.
After my 10 minute wait: The started my drink.
After my 20 minute wait: I got my drink.
Baristas were rude, coffee was two sips and in the garbage (I got two different coffees, one Ethiopian, and one Honduras. I couldn't tell the two apart, and I cup coffee all day long.)
This store was filthy. Absolutely dirty in every corner, from the restrooms to the tables. There were "wear" marks all over the handles and railings.
I got to witness the staff "weigh" out coffee using a scoop instead of a scale. Seriously?
Starbucks should pull the R from this store. It was run more poorly than many of their typical stores. Eliminate the rude, uncaring and mediocre (at best) staff and start from the ground up. Call it what it is: fast food quality coffee.
Skip this. Go to Bent Tree instead.
