  • I needed to have a leaking anti-syphon valve replaced and our tankless water heater serviced. I called Focus, and set up a time for a plumber to come out. Jim showed up right on time. He had a book with pre-set prices for most standard service items, and showed me what the work would cost. He had everything he needed on the truck and completed the work about 30 minutes faster than he told me it would take. Left the work areas cleaner than they were when he got there. If you're looking for honesty, quality, and efficiency, I highly recommend Focus Plumbing.
