Kaiju is a food court masterpiece. I went just before closing on a week night and they treated the empty food court as my personal dining room, complete with waiter service. Although it's tempting to take-out, I was suggested to sit down to maximize the experience. Yes, it doesn't look the best (a sea of brown sauce), but the taste game is on point. It's a bit less of an experience than Mr. Tonkatsu on Bloor, though it's similar, but I think the sauce is better here. If you're into spicy, be sure to ask for a container of hot sauce and it's also made in-store with a secret recipe. I came back again for Mama's Vegetables, which is solid, but I'd opt for the cutlet next time.
