  • It's been a while since I went to Iqbal. Iqbal is the brown equivalent of H-Mart. For those not in the know, in the US, H-Mart is the Korean equivalent of Walmart, humongous stores filled with Korean groceries and goodness. But I digress. Iqbal is a South Asian grocery store. Walking into it, is like being transported to the sub continent and that is why is get 4 stars. It's very comprehensively stocked, if you need anything South Asian food related and halal, chances are Iqbal will have it. The store itself is quite well organized, clean and reasonably priced as well. It has a butchery as well which see huge line ups over the weekend. Even though the store is decently sized, if you can, avoid Iqbal Fri-Sun.
