  • unfortunately we saw the sign for pies for thanksgiving while walking down Roncesvalles. Decided to order two. What a mistake. The pumpkin was not cooked properly inside. It was strange colour but the crust was cooked - the pie was not raw but there was ample discussion about it during the dessert part of our thanksgiving dinner. I was quite embarrassed. never again. The apple pie was better but neither was what I would expect. they were not large which is fine because they were only $16 each but the pumpkin was inedible and had to be thrown out. Also we paid a week in advance and they were made to order for us apparently. when I asked for a receipt for the $32 cash I had given them the girl at the cash seemed surprised. I explained to her that I had given her $32 of my money and I should get a receipt to say that I have paid that to them. She finally agreed. Strange indeed. No repeat business from this customer.
