  • Great company, they do great work and the employees are very nice. I have a wool rug that my dog got sick on , I tried cleaning it myself but because it's natural fibers I made it worse. They explained to me what products I can use on the rug so that doesn't happen again and they got my rug looking like new again. The only reason I gave them 4 stars and not 5 was because the first time they did my carpets the equipment wasn't working correctly and I just felt they should have known that and they didn't wear booties the first time they came to my house. But the owner was very apologetic about everything and came out the very next day and fixed the problem. I would defiantly use them again. Mistakes are going to happen and I greatly appreciated that they fixed everything right away and didn't blow me off.
