  • Please stay clear of this company! I Had a horrible experience with them with zee carpet cleaning I got a Groupon for 5, 200 square foot rooms and a hallway. I had him do two rooms and stairs with a 10 X 10 area rug, I was up charge $200 bring the total to $269! I didn't feel right about what I was charged so I called the owner and told him I was putting a stop payment on the check. He said would look into the work provided once he got his paperwork handed in and call me back with a new price. I was never called back, but two days later I started getting endless calls and text messages from the man who cleaned the carpets telling me the owner took $200 out of his check! I felt awful and could not believe that owner did that to him and he did not call me back to do the right thing by him and myself. I told the man who did the work that his own needs to call me back because he said he would with a fair price for the stairs $2 per stair and an extra area rug. Then the carpet cleaning guy began calling from another number once I blocked him, he Started showing up at my house over and over ring the doorbell repeatedly! and leaving notes This led me calling having to call Mesa PD on Sunday! Policy showed and told the worker he cannot call and show up at my house and what he was doing was illegal and harassment. The police got the owner on the phone and he spoke with me very aggressively and blamed me for not calling him back after he told me he would look into it and call me back! The owner is completely insane and rude! What he did and how he handled this was very wrong and he should be out of business for this! After reading some reviews I'm not the only one they have done this too! At the end of the day, I wrote a check for $130 I still feel that this was high for the work rendered with my $69 Groupon! Please save yourself and don't do business when them!
