  • My husband and I called them to get an estimate on a garage door. It took them 2 months to come out to look at what we wanted. then it took an additional 6 months to get a half butt estimate. when we tried to contact them to try to figure out what the estimate meant they never got back to us still to this date! I really hope Jim Brown doesn't treat all his customers like this it has been a year and a half now he came with no materials (books for us to see the different products. I'm unimpressed with their salesmanship, company, reply time, ect... Be cautious when dealing with Cox Doors!
