  • I have been going here for 6 months now. I love it! I disagree with the comments of it being over crowded. Compared to the other gyms in the area this place is awesome. The staff is extremely friendly and the training staff is always around if you need a spot or have a question. I am in my early 30's and it's not the best place to pick up a date. But if you are serious about your workout then there isn't a better place!
