  • I have used the cat grooming service several times and each time the it just gets worse and worse. Not only are they not flexible... (the cat groomer is only available on Mondays) but I have been trying to make payment for 3 days and no one is picking up the phone or emailing me back. I have worked in the customer service industry previously and the service offered here us beyond appalling. Needless to say, I will never use this company again. I have contacted another groomers and they charge a third of the price!!!
