  • News flash! Trader Joe's allows kids to scan their parents items at the cash register! I heard it directly from a manager tonight. Really? I was in line last week behind a family, whose boy ( maybe 8 years old), was slipping in between the cashier and the basket to take items and scan them. I was in shock the cashier didn't say anything. Unbelievable! What business allows kids at the cash register?Trader Joes does.
