  • I have been using this pool service for about four years. There hasn't been a day when my pool looked bad., so obviously I am very pleased with the service and the company. But that is not the reason I'm giving a rave review. Recently, the motor and the pump needed to be replaced. The cost was more than we could afford. I have been ill, for almost eight years, battling two unrelated terminal cancers. I have had chemo, radiation and two stem cell transplants and have been in and out of the hospital many times. Although we have insurance, we still have large hospital bills to pay. I spoke with Maria, who was lovely. She worked out a reasonable payment plan. The next day she called to say she had spoken with the president of the company. She shared my health history with him and said he told her he would reduce the cost of the repairs, and would not charge the cleaning part of my monthly bill, FOR THE NEXT SIX MONTHS. I was brought to tears. Who does that? Poolman does! So I am giving five stars for good service, fair prices, and a company that shows compassion for it's clients.
