  • Excellent experience! We noticed a leak inside our house and knew we needed to get it looked at before monsoon season. William was out within a day of calling and inspected our entire roof and determined what was causing the leak and what needed to be repaired. Even though our house is older he didn't push a new roof stating our roof was in good shape and just needed to repair the leaking area. Took pictures of the area so we could see what was going on and gave us a quote. After discussing it we decided to go with him without getting other quotes due to his professionalism, reviews and price. He did the repair within a week of us getting an estimate which is amazing customer service! Repaired the roof in a short amount of time and it looks brand new, like nothing was ever wrong. You would have never known they were there....cleaned up the entire area and took all trash with them. In a day where contactors are dismissive, non-communicative and have no customer service, William was amazing! His communication was excellent, always keeping us up-to-date and giving us updates on day and time he would be out. He truly strives to make the customer happy and works with the customer to make sure they are getting a fair deal. Will be back when it's time for a new roof!
