I come here a lot (almost once a week) and it's sort of a hit and miss, here's why:
PROS: it's fast, healthy, flavorful, filling and relatively cheap. I usually order a mucho and it is literally two meals. I cut it in half so I can take the other half for lunch the next day! The shrimp is really good and it's cooked to order. They have also started serving queso as an option you can add which tasted sooooo good.
CONS: My favorite thing there is the shrimp burrito but they are often sold out of shrimp which is kind of annoying. Also, depending on who makes your food, you will be getting more or less. I also frequently smother my burrito and one time, the sauce had been sitting for way too long and it was crusted around the sides - that ended up on my burrito and it was disgusting. I bit down on a hard piece of something that I thought was uncooked rice, but it was pieces of blackened, hardened sauce.
So overall I like this place but sometimes...
