rude employee!
I returned a pair of gloves that appeared to be 2 left handed ones also one was size small the other medium!!! RIDICULOUS! I HAD TO TRAVEL TO GET A REFUND, that Spanish speaking woman barely spoke English, why do they hire her ???
there are hundreds out of job, she kept saying ''vere iz the pay?'' what? she meant ''where is the PEN'' to sign the receipt. she also told me that I should not have removed the tags from the gloves, I had the tags there and told her what can they do with it attached to the gloves if it's in unsaleable condition ???!!! they would have removed the tags anyways. But of course she did not understand a word in English.
Morons, it was not an underwear just gloves.
It is also very noticeable that most of their employees dress awful, in such a high end store like this can't they afford giving uniform to their employees? A 50 yr old woman was in tight leggings and a plain t-shirt looked like she was coming from a yoga class. Even Mc Donalds or Target provides their employees with a free uniform, The Bay can't afford buying anything although all their rubbish comes from China.
I will not shop at The Bay anymore it's certain. Now that the economy is bad they should value their customers better! I will go to Winners and Marshalls where no one bothers me!
