  • Great communication - I had a window of 8-10 am. At 8:20, someone calls to tell me the technicians will arrive closer to 9 am. Around 9 am, I get a text message someone is on the way. I then get a call they're on the way. They show up just before 10. The technicians were professional and courteous. They emailed me with a quote, mainly because I could stick around long enough for them to finish the work. We do not wear shoes in the house, so I appreciated that they put booties on to cover their shoes.
