  • It is horrible to think this used to be one of our favorite places and now run by young college kids who do not have much respect. We love the sushi but the service just is not there. The fact that we had gratuity added to our bill already for only a two person check is mind blowing. When asked about it, she stumbled to find the words and ended with because it was a holiday(Valentine's Day) and she wanted to make sure she got her tips.... really?! She also stated she was new and this is just how she does it... again really?! Then when called the next day to ask about it with a manager we are told that a manager is not available and no supervisor either. Not until Friday and we can cal back then... do I say it again really?! So your to tell me no person other than the workers who seem to now be ripping people off are there to speak to me?! I again love the sushi and have driven all the way from the back of Gilbert to specifically go to Saketini because we have been going since they opened. Now my feeling is that I will feel more secure maybe going some where else since they don't seem to care either!
