  • I saw some pics on Instagram of Island Flavor and decided to roll up for dinner. In a small strip mall area near Rhodes Ranch sits this little gem. It's a medium size dinning area but it fills up fast. I ordered a spam masubi to start. A decent sized masubi and flavorful. For my entree I did the combo platter with the Kalbi and Furiake chicken. I definitely made the right choices. Kalbi was some of the best I had in Vegas and Furiake was crisp and flavorful. The plate comes with rice and Mac salad. I upgraded to pork fried rice. They give you a hefty portion so I had enough for a filling lunch the next day. Can't wait to go back and try some more of their selections.
